on two levels plus a roof solarium. The gardens
and large communal swimming pool is only several
steps from the rear patio which makes it ideal
to watch the children play in safety.
The beach is approx 10 minute walk through the
pine grove and dunes. There is a bar/restaurant
on the urbanization and there is a daily visit
by the bread and fruit and vegetable vans. Guardamar
town, 3 km’s away, has an abundance of bars
and restaurants with the local market on Wednesdays.
The bus passes the urbanization entrance but a
car is recommended for supermarket trips and sight
seeing.
