The front
garden is tiled, planted and fitted with table &
chairs and sun awning for those hot summer days.
The resort
town Guardamar is 2 Km's and there you can choose
from an abundance of different types of restaurants,
browse the shops or meander along the prom.
The blue flag beach is one of the best in the Costa
Blanca and has 11 km of golden sand.
There
is a local bus that runs into Guardamar and surrounding
towns several times a day which stops near to the
villa and the National bus route passes by so a
car is not essential but can be beneficial for convenience
and visiting other areas.
