fantastic 3 bedroom house is situated in a
secure complex on the development Doña
Pepa in Ciudad Quesada on the Costa Blanca
and is just 30-40 minutes drive from Alicante
or Murcia airports. The area is renowned for
its fabulous beaches, natural salt-lakes with
beautiful flamingos and year round sunshine.
The house overlooks a large communal swimming
pool with children's pool and attractive gardens.
It is perfect for families and golfers alike
for a relaxing holiday.
Furnished
to a high standard, it includes hot/cold air
conditioning fitted through out. The spacious
lounge is furnished with sofa and 2 armchairs,
coffee table and l digital TV/radio with unit
and a dining table and chairs. There is also
a W/C & shower room leading off of the
lounge.
There is fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher
which leads out to the rear garden, this is
fully tiled and is an ideal place to relax
and dine alfresco .

is also a private tiled garden to the
front of the property and includes a shaded
front porch to sit on those hot afternoons
and retractable sun blind. The master
bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes
with ample storage space, it also has
its own balcony with retractable sun blind
and views over pool and gardens.
The second bedroom to the rear has twin
beds and fitted wardrobes and a balcony.
The
third bedroom is just off the lounge area
and over looks the rear garden it is fitted
with twin beds with side unit and hanger
frame.
The
main bathroom is very spacious and fitted
with large corner bath with separate shower
cubical, bidet, w/c and vanity sink unit.
Local amenities are just a short walk
away including many restaurants, bars
and local supermarkets.

about 30 minutes drive south of Alicante.
The area is renowned for its fabulous beaches
(15 minutes by car) Golf courses and year
round sunshine. Ciudad Quesada is a wonderful
place for a relaxing or a family holiday
but is also just 15 minutes from the resort
towns of Guardamar and, La Mata. It is also
an ideal base to explore the many attractions
in the region, including water parks (one
in Quesada itself), Terra Mitica theme park
at Benidorm 50 minutes drive, crazy golf,
go-carting, fun fair, nature reserves, walking
trails and boasts 12 superb golf courses
all within easy traveling distance ~ two
within a ten minute drive from the house
at La Marquesa and La Finca. The city of
Alicante is 40 minutes drive and Cartegena/Murcia
50 minutes. |
