Situated on urbanization Portico Med
Villa Andaw is a spacious town house on two
levels plus a roof solarium. From the front
patio/garden, entrance is into the spacious
lounge and dining area fitted with 30 channel
digital tv/radio and with access to a toilet
vanity room. At the rear, is the fitted kitchen
with breakfast bar that leads out to a small
patio and built in BBQ overlooking the gardens
and large communal swimming pool so it is ideal
to watch the children play in safety.
Stairs lead up to the two bedrooms 1 double
and 1 twin, the main one having its own balcony
to the front of the property there is a good
size bathroom on this level and further stairs
up to the roof solarium with sea glimpses and
La Mata in the distance. Both bedrooms and living
room are fitted with large ceiling fans to cool
you down on those long hot summer days.
The beach is approx 10 minute walk through the
pine grove and dunes where you will find 11
Km's of golden sand and shallow warm water.
There is are two Spanish
bars/restaurant within a five minute walk and
there is a daily visit by the bread and fruit
& vegetable vans as well as a small shop in
the campsite opposite the urbanization (summer
only). The main resort area of Guardamar is 3
km's away and has an abundance of shops, bars
and restaurants with the local market on Wednesdays
and holds many fiestas and small fairs.
A car is recommended for supermarket trips and
sight seeing but there is a regular bus service
by the house that takes you to the surrounding
towns.
