Villa Kam is a holiday villa located on the Costa Blanca’s finest golf course “La Finca”. The villa boasts its own large private pool positioned in well-stocked gardens and is front line to the 3rd tee with fantastic views to the mountains beyond.

La Finca, Algorfa

La Finca is situated in the heart of the Southern Costa Blanca. This beautiful region has an extraordinary variety of beaches, coves and nature reserves in addition to the Mar Menor, Europe ’s largest saltwater lagoon. Boasting an exceptional climate of more than 320 sunny days a year and an average temperature of 21 degrees, this environment enables you to participate in outdoor activities all year round.

La Finca can be easily reached from two international airports, Alicante and San Javier (Murcia ) (within 35 minutes) and is 15 minutes from the beautiful Mediterranean coast.

The complex is situated close to the quaint Spanish village of Algorfa and is surrounded by orange and lemon groves. The Orihuela rock provides a stunning backdrop and is a focal point for the panoramic views.

Currently there is one 18 hole championship golf course, but it is understood that a further 18 hole course has been approved and construction is scheduled to commence shortly. There is a large practice area, well equipped professional shop, bar and restaurant, which has the reputation of serving some of the best cuisine in the local area. These facilities provide a wonderful environment for relaxing with friends and family.
