3 double bedroom house on a friendly community
on Doña Pepa II is ideal for family
holidays. Furnished to a high standard throughout,
it includes hot/cold air conditioning fitted
in the master bedroom and lounge, dining area.
The spacious lounge is furnished with sofa
and 2 armchairs, coffee table and 30 channel
digital TV/radio with unit and a dining table
and chairs. There is also a W/C & shower
room leading off of the lounge.
There is fully fitted kitchen which leads
out to the rear garden; this is fully tiled
and is an ideal place to relax on the provided
sun-loungers to soak up the sun and watch
the children playing. The walled rear garden
overlooks and has access the gated communal
gardens and large swimming pool. There is
also separate toddlers pool.

is also a private stoned garden to the front
of the property and includes a shaded front
porch to sit on those hot afternoons. The master
bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes
with ample storage space, it also has its own
balcony which has partial views to the salt
lakes. The second bedroom to the rear has twin
beds and fitted wardrobes and a balcony which
overlooks the communal gardens and pool areas.
The
third bedroom is just off the lounge area and
over looks the rear garden it is fitted with
twin beds with side unit and hanger frame.
The
main bathroom is very spacious and fitted with
large corner bath with shower, bidet, w/c and
vanity sink unit.
Local
amenities are just a short walk away including
many restaurants, bars and local supermarkest.

| The house is situated on Spain's Costa
Blanca about 30 minutes drive south of Alicante.
The area is renowned for its fabulous beaches
(10 minutes by car) Golf courses and year round
sunshine. Ciudad Quesada is a wonderful place
for a relaxing or a family holiday but is also
just 10 minutes from the resort towns of Guardamar
and, La Mata. It is also an ideal base to explore
the many attractions in the region, including
water parks (one in Quesada itself), Terra Mitica
theme park at Benidorm 50 minutes drive, crazy
golf, go-carting, fun fair, nature reserves, walking
trails and boasts 12 superb golf courses all within
easy traveling distance ~ two within a ten minute
drive from the house at La Marquesa and La Finca.
The city of Alicante is 40 minutes drive and Cartegena/Murcia
50 minutes.'. |
