2 bedroom Fortuna house situated on Dona Pepa
is ideal for family holidays with communal
pool and gardens located on a quiet private
community. The house sits back from the road
with a planted green area in front off the
house with footpath access only all parking
is to the rear.
The
accommodation which sleeps 6 and is on a quiet
community, consists of a lounge/dining area
with colour TV that offers 30 digital channels.
Separate kitchen area which is fully equipped
with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, iron and
washing machine.
The
house is situated near shops, bars and restaurants
just a five minute walk away.

The large bathroom has a corner bath with shower,
vanity unit and bidet, there is also a separate
toilet with wash basin located of the lounge.
The bedrooms are located up stairs and consists
of two twin rooms with fitted wardrobes and ceiling
fans. The main bedroom has a balcony with partial
views to the salt lakes. From the lounge area
to the front the house is a covered terrace area
with table and chairs where you can sit and relax
out of the sun,leading down off the terrace is
a small planted garden area with gate access to
footpath. To the rear of the house is a small
paved garden leading to the parking area and access
road.
The property is available for long lets at special
reduced rates.
The house is situated on Spain's Costa Blanca
about 30 minutes drive south of Alicante. The
area is renowned for its fabulous beaches and
year round sunshine. Ciudad Quesada is a wonderful
place for a relaxing holiday. It is also an ideal
base to explore the many attractions in the area,
including its own water park), water sports, horse
riding and boasts 7 superb golf courses all within
easy traveling distance ~ one within five minutes
drive from the house.
