Marquesa Golf Club and set in its own grounds
is the choice for you.
iThe villa has a sun terrace to the front
leading to a dining area over looking the
communal swimming pool and is fitted with

the front and side of the villa.
It has a very pleasant lounge with dining
area and well fitted separate kitchen.
The living accommodation is all on one level
and from the hall is the shower room and two

a 5 minute walk. In the town of Quesada is everything
you need, shops, banks, supermarkets, hairdressers,
beauty salon and many more restaurants as well
as an aquapark. Villa Elsa is within walking distance
to the town of Rojales, where there is a wonderful
market on Thursday every week.
The nearest beach is at the resort town Guardamar
which is a 15 minute drive so we do consider a
car is essential for this property.
