Barhurst is a spacious property on three levels.
There
is at the front of the property a planted
and tiled front garden area which is fitted
with table & chairs over which a sun awning
can be retracted for those hot summer days.
The front door leads you into the spacious
lounge area which is fitted with Sky TV and
DVD player, also at this level is a toilet
with hand basin and to the rear is bedroom
3 which has twin beds.
Leading
off the lounge is the large fitted and well
equipped kitchen which leads out to the tiled
patio and BBQ area.
Stairs
lead up to bedrooms 1 & 2, the main bedroom
having A/C and its own balcony over looking
the front garden this balcony is fitted with
a sun awning to shade you from the heat.

Local Area Details:
The resort town Guardamar is 2 Km's and there
you can choose from an abundance of different
types of restaurants, browse the shops or meander
along the prom.
The blue flag beach is one of the best in the
Costa Blanca and has 11 km of golden sand &
only a 10 - 15 minute walk from the property.
There is a local bus that runs into Guardamar
and surrounding towns several times a day which
stops near to the villa and the National bus
route passes by so a car is not essential but
can be beneficial for convenience and visiting
other areas.
