BOOKING CONDITIONS
We have endeavoured to ensure that all the
information on our web site and brochure are correct, any known changes
when you enquire / book we will advise you of. However, we are sure
you will appreciate that things can change and sometimes at short
notice or even whilst you are on holiday. Any changes that we consider
are significant we will try to advise you, if possible, in advance. Any
changes during your stay that cause a problem, we will do our best
to alleviate, however, we cannot be responsible for changes that
are out of our control. The word “villa” is used as a general
term; please refer to individual property descriptions for clarification.
1. Reservation,
a provisional reservation will be held for 7 days for you to send
your completed booking form together with the appropriate deposit
of £75 per week per property reserved. On receipt we will send you
a confirmation at which time your booking is binding and the following
conditions will apply.
2. Booking, our
confirmation will list all the details on your completed booking
form and set out all the prices for this. The balance to be paid
not later than 6 weeks before your arrival date. A £100 returnable
deposit will also be required with your final payment, this will
be refunded within one week of completion of your holiday -
please refer to the item 6 damage/loss section below. In the event
of non-payment we reserve the right to consider your booking cancelled
and apply the cancellations terms below. We will confirm
receipt of the balance and enclose any relevant information to help
you on your arrival. The booking is only for the number and names
of people on the booking form, if it is found that extra persons
are staying in the accommodation it may result in forfeiting the
balance of your holiday without any refund or compensation or claim.
3. Cancellation, cancellations
can only be accepted with written confirmation, this can be by fax,
email or post (if by post please telephone first ). In all events
the following will apply with the date of the fax, email or phone
being the effective date of cancellation and will be confirmed to
you in writing.

Prior to 8 weeks before arrival loss of deposit

6 to 8 weeks before arrival 50% of balance payable

4 to 6 weeks before arrival 75% of balance payable

Less than 4 weeks before arrival full balance payable
4. Amendments or
changes, after we have received your booking form and deposit
and confirmed this to you, any changes will incur a charge of £15
per change, please therefore be very careful in completing your
original booking form, if in doubt please ask for clarification.
5. Property, if
for any reason the property you have booked becomes unavailable we
will offer an alternative of at least the same standard at no extra
cost or a lesser standard and refund the difference, alternatively
refund all money paid and have no further responsibility.
6. Damage
or loss, any loss from or damage to the property during your
occupancy will be your responsibility and must be reported immediately
to Para-Sol Villa Rentals and any
costs incurred will be deducted from the security deposit. Please
note any items greater than the security deposit will need to be
settled before departure. We request you leave the
property clean and tidy and dispose of any rubbish, excessive cleaning
will be charged for.
7. Prices, our
confirmation price will be binding unless there is a major change
in exchange rates or government action.
8. Times, Access
to the villa is after 4.00 pm on arrival day and must be vacated
by 10.00am on the day of departure.
9. Other Hire, we take care to ensure that all items are satisfactory but as the use is out of our control we cannot be responsible for any accidents.

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST SEVEN DAYS FOR POST BETWEEN THE UK AND SPAIN
Cheques to be made payable to N & L Head and in £ sterling or direct into bank account.
Sorry, but we
do not accept credit cards, Euro cheques or Travellers cheques
etc.
